Mama was torn between the first or the second photo. I’m always happy to help narrow down, but we ultimately agreed she needed both. Sometimes photos can be so similar but so different you just have to have both. The struggles are real.

Every maternity story is unique. Your maternity photo session is an opportunity to savor the moments of your pregnancy while preserving memories for yourself and your child in the future. Our stories are not the same. Some mamas love being pregnant and some mamas experience a lot of anxiety or depression around pregnancy. Some of us feel great and some of us are sick, sore and emotional during pregnancy. The stories are beautiful and hard, glorious and heartbreaking. They are deep and meaningful. They can be filled with hard decisions and unanswered questions. What I can promise you as your photographer is … - I’ll help you feel comfortable and beautiful in your pregnant body. - I’ll help you connect with your partner during the photo session. - I’ll help you remember that your story is worthy of being told. I believe that every pregnancy is beautiful. I will capture that beauty, but more importantly, I will help you to see it as well because you deserve to be so proud of your maternal story, your pregnancy. 1. Hours. That’s right. My booking fee covers my time and talent for creating your session, whether that takes 30 minutes or two hours. I don’t restrict the creative process to the clock. I have lots of patience and l take as long as I need to create a beautiful gallery of images. 2. Including immediate family members, or even grandparents. I take a very family centered approach to my newborn sessions, and I know these images will truly be cherished. 3. Rescheduling. Life happens and little ones can make life unpredictable. As a mom of three I totally get that. So, I don’t charge a rescheduling fee if something comes up that requires us to postpone. Thankfully, it’s super rare. I run my business and treat my clients with the courtesy I would hope for myself and my own family if hiring a professional photographer. I was so excited to see this little cutie back for her milestone pictures. I photographed her newborn photos and she is just getting more and more adorable with every session. I just love her big brown eyes, you can just see she is so happy and full of life. Oh and that tongue too. I enjoyed her session so much and can't wait to see her back when she turns the big ONE. Maybe we will do some cake smashing too.

I was so excited to meet Sophie, I saw her big brother when Jill was first pregnant when we did their family photos at Highbanks Metro Park. Their family is so perfect with the sweetest girl and boy. Jill was already glowing when I last saw her and glowing even more now. I'm so happy that I got to be part of this special time.
