Let’s style your newborn session
WELCOME
I am dedicated to helping you create something extraordinary for your home, something that will touch your heart and bring joy to you and your loved ones as tine goes by. I understand that you have a lot on your mind, so I have crafted a simple guide to assist you in making the perfect choice for your home, your loved ones, and your life. Please take a moment to explore and don’t hesitate to reach out if you have questions.
Once you’ve completed the questionnaire below, I’ll have everything I need to begin designing and styling your session. If you would like I can send you a few preview images of the setup and wardrobe selections 1-2 nights before your session so you’ll know exactly what to expect.
If you'd like to connect beforehand, I also offer an optional 15-minute phone consultation. It's a great chance for us to chat, go over any questions you might have, and finalize the details together. Otherwise you can use the questionnaire below and I will be in touch via text if I have any additional questions.
I am excited to create stunning artwork for you and your family!
BEFORE YOUR SESSION
Your newborn session includes setups of just baby as well as family & sibling photos. Sessions consist mostly of baby with a few family photos. Sessions include around 4-5 setups of just baby which consists of 2 blanket setups, 2 prop setups & family photos. If there is an older sibling I also take sibling photos. For girls I recommend they wear a simple white or cream dress. For boys I recommend a white teeshirt and jeans. For family photos I offer one look & backdrop and also recommend you wear neutrals. If you have a preference for the backdrop, please let me know ahead of time. This could either be a canvas or a white backdrop or other color backdrop. If you would like more photos of family and less of baby, I can always tailor the session even more.
AFTER YOUR SESSION
After your session is over we will finalize your collection choice. This is when you will purchase your package. Below you will find my wall art guide and can see examples and videos of our framed prints from start to finish. I offer a beautiful selection of frames to choose from. Framed prints are museum quality printed on archival cotton hahnemuhle paper with Japanese inks. They are stunning. You can view client samples in the guide below. Also popular are my albums. These albums are printed on giclee archival paper and are handmade in Poland. You can view the albums tab below to see client samples and videos of these beautiful books.
WHAT TO WEAR MOM & DAD
For the most flattering look, I recommend choosing clothing that is soft, neutral, and timeless. Flowy or relaxed-fitting outfits tend to photograph beautifully, especially for new moms, as tighter clothing can sometimes highlight areas that are still healing after birth. A soft, ivory or white dress for mom and a neutral sweater or button-down shirt for dad (in shades like cream, beige, or gray) creates a clean, classic look that keeps the focus on your connection and your sweet new baby.
I offer different styles of family photos. you can use the slideshow below to check out some different styling options to pick from or your welcome to send me inspo photos if you have something else in mind.
